DESCRIPTION:Join us at Cronyn Observatory for Public Night on Saturday\, July 11\, 2026\, from 8:30 – 11:00 pm! \n🔭 Explore our historic dome and take a guided tour of the facility.\n 🌠 Peer through our telescopes (weather permitting) and discover distant stars\, planets\, and more.\n ❓ Bring your questions—our astronomy team will be on hand to share their passion for the cosmos. \nWe will kick off the evening with a talk by Mykola Posternak (8:30–9:00 pm) on brown dwarfs — mysterious objects too massive to be planets\, but not quite powerful enough to shine like stars. ✨ \nAdmission is free\, and no registration is required.
